WorkAttend

WorkAttend is a time & attendance app built for hybrid and remote teams during my time as a Senior React Native Developer at Dakar Software Systems. It uses geofencing so employees can only punch in and out from assigned locations — the map view flags an attempt as "Outside work area" in real time — and pairs that with a Missed Punch Request flow so staff can flag and correct a forgotten clock-in without needing a manager to intervene manually. It also ships a custom Android home-screen widget that lets staff clock in without opening the app at all, a small detail that meaningfully cut daily friction for shift workers. It's live on iOS and Android with 1K+ downloads and a 3.8★ rating.
